My work often features animalistic traits, such as rabbit or cat ears, dynamic poses, and detailed sketches. I have a sketchy, punk-inspired style, heavily influenced by Japanese fashion magazines like Scawaii!.

TERMS OFSERVICE

  • In the event of a violation of these Terms of Service, I reserve the right to refuse current or future commissions.

  • By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all the Terms of Service outlined below.

1 — DISCLAIMER● If the client fails to comply with any part of these Terms of Service or behaves disrespectfully toward me, I reserve the right to refuse future work and/or terminate the commission at its current stage, with no obligation to continue.2 — COPYRIGHT● I, RalKy, retain all copyrights to the artwork and may publish it on any platform for portfolio and self-promotion purposes.
● IT IS NOT PERMITTED to resell the commissioned artwork to third parties and/or produce merchandise based on it without my prior authorization.3 — COMMISSION PROCESS● The client must provide visual references along with a clear and detailed description of the request.
● I am committed to informing the client of the beginning, progress, and completion of each stage of the commission, providing explanations whenever necessary.
● The client MUST clearly confirm their approval of the sketch before the commission moves forward.
● The entire process is based on communication. Any significant unforeseen circumstances will be communicated as soon as possible.
● A clear and easily accessible communication channel is required to ensure continuous contact. If there is an extended period without communication or responses from the client, I reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the commission process.4 — DELIVERY TIME● IMPORTANT: Please note that I feel I do my best work when I have creative freedom regarding the pose and character design. I also want to clarify that I will not respond constantly or provide WIPs/progress updates frequently, with a response time of up to 1 month.
● There is no fixed delivery deadline. The completion time may vary depending on the following factors:
- Complexity of the commission;
- Personal or health-related circumstances;
- Communication between the artist and client.● CLIENT-REQUESTED PAUSE:
● If the remaining 50% payment has not been completed, the commission will be paused immediately until the payment is settled, allowing other clients to be prioritized.5 — REVISIONS● Major revisions are only accepted during the SKETCH stage.
● After this stage, only minor revisions will be permitted.6 — ADD-ONS
● Additional Character: +60% per character.
● Animal/Pet: +R$30–60 per pet.
● Complex Object: +R$20–50 per object.
● Additional Expression: +R$25 per expression.
● Detailed Background: +R$50–200.
● Commercial Use: +50–100% (Allows the use of my illustration or design to generate profit or promote a business, such as in advertisements, packaging, or products for sale).
● Priority Service: +20% of the commission price.
● Privacy: +25% (the artwork will only be published with the client's permission, regardless of how much time has passed).7 — PAYMENT● Accepted payment methods: PIX — PayPal● PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
● 50% payment before work begins
● 50% payment after FLAT COLOR approval and before PAINTING/RENDERING begins
● 100% payment after completion will NEVER be accepted.
● Work will only begin after the initial payment and the required references have been provided.⚠️ IMPORTANT:
● Once the final 50% payment has been made and the PAINTING/RENDERING stage has begun, no refunds will be issued.8 — REFUND POLICY● Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
● 100% — If work has not yet started
● 50% — During the sketch phase
● Once the RENDERING stage has begun, NO refunds will be issued.9 — BUSINESS DAYS & AVAILABILITY● Customer support and new commission confirmations are available on business days only.
● I do not respond on weekends, although occasional progress updates may still be posted.

10 — CLIENT RIGHTS✔️ THE CLIENT MAY:
● Use the artwork for personal purposes
● Use the artwork for personal promotion
● Post it on social media with proper credit (@RaalKy)
● Print it for personal use
● Use it commercially only if commercial rights have been purchased❌ THE CLIENT MAY NOT:
● Modify the artwork
● Claim authorship of the artwork
● Use the artwork in AI or automated image generators
● Post the artwork without properly crediting the artist
● Profit from or resell the artwork without purchasing commercial rights

  • Em caso de descumprimento destes Termos de Serviço, reservo-me o direito de recusar comissões atuais ou futuras.

  • Ao me comissionar, você concorda automaticamente com todos os Termos de Serviço descritos abaixo.

1 — ISENÇÃO DE RESPONSABILIDADE● Caso o cliente não cumpra qualquer parte destes Termos de Serviço ou se comporte de forma desrespeitosa comigo, reservo-me o direito de recusar trabalhos futuros e/ou encerrar a comissão no estágio em que se encontra, sem obrigação de continuidade.2 — DIREITOS AUTORAIS● Eu, RalKy, mantenho todos os direitos autorais da obra e posso publicá-la em qualquer plataforma para fins de portfólio e auto-divulgação.
● NÃO É PERMITIDO revender a arte comissionada para terceiros e/ou produzir mercadorias a partir dela sem autorização prévia.3 — PROCESSO DA COMISSÃO● O cliente deve fornecer referências visuais juntamente com uma descrição clara e detalhada do pedido.
● Comprometo-me a informar o início, andamento e conclusão de cada etapa da comissão, explicando sempre que necessário.
● O cliente DEVE confirmar claramente a aprovação do sketch antes que a comissão avance.
● Todo o processo é baseado em comunicação. Qualquer imprevisto relevante será informado o quanto antes.
● É necessário um canal de comunicação claro e de fácil acesso, para garantir contato contínuo. Caso haja um período prolongado sem respostas ou comunicação por parte do cliente, reservo-me o direito de suspender ou encerrar a comissão.4 — PRAZO DE ENTREGA
● IMPORTANTE: Observe que sinto que faço meu melhor trabalho enquanto tenho liberdade criativa na pose e no design dos personagens. Além disso aviso que não responderei recorrentemente ou fornecerei WIPs ou imagens de progresso com frequência, me reservando um tempo de resposta de até 1 mês.
● Informo que não há um prazo fixo. O tempo de entrega pode variar conforme os seguintes fatores:
- Complexidade do pedido;
- Circunstâncias pessoais ou de saúde;
- Comunicação entre artista e cliente.● PAUSA POR PARTE DO CLIENTE:
● Caso o pagamento restante de 50% não seja efetuado, a comissão será pausada imediatamente até a regularização, permitindo a priorização de outros clientes.5 — ALTERAÇÕES● Alterações significativas são aceitas apenas na fase de SKETCH.
● Após esta etapa, apenas pequenas alterações serão permitidas.6 — ADICIONAIS
● Personagem Extra: +60% por personagem.
● Animal/mascote: +R$30–60 por mascote.
● Objeto complexo: +R$20–50 por objeto.
● Expressão adicional: +R$25 por expressão.
● Fundo elaborado: +R$50–200
● Uso comercial: +50–100% (Permite o uso de minha ilustração ou design para gerar lucro ou promover um negócio, como em propagandas, embalagens ou produtos à venda).
● Serviço prioritário: +20% do valor da comissão.
● Privacidade: +25% o valor da comissão. (a arte só será publicada com autorização do cliente, independentemente do tempo).7 — PAGAMENTO● Métodos de pagamento aceitos: PIX — PayPal● ESTRUTURA DE PAGAMENTO:
● 50% do valor antes do início do trabalho
● 50% após aprovação da FLAT COLOR e antes do início da PINTURA/RENDER
● 100% do valor após a finalização NUNCA será aceito.
● O trabalho só será iniciado após o pagamento inicial e envio das referências necessárias.⚠️ IMPORTANTE:
● Após o pagamento dos 50% finais e início da PINTURA/RENDER, não haverá reembolso.8 — POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO● Reembolsos são aceitos apenas nas seguintes condições:
● 100% — Se o trabalho ainda não foi iniciado
● 50% — Durante a fase de sketch
● Após o início da RENDER, NÃO haverá reembolso.9 — DIAS ÚTEIS & DISPONIBILIDADE● Atendimento e confirmação de novas comissões ocorrem apenas em dias úteis.
● Não respondo aos finais de semana, embora atualizações ocasionais possam ocorrer.

● Utilizá-la comercialmente apenas se os direitos comerciais tiverem sido adquiridos❌ O CLIENTE NÃO PODE:● Modificar a arte
● Reivindicar autoria da arte
● Utilizar a arte em IA ou geradores automáticos de imagens
● Publicar a arte sem os devidos créditos ao artista
● Lucrar ou revendê-la sem adquirir os direitos comerciais
